I have some questions regarding Lightwave:
1) How can I add another topic to my objects directory? In other words,
right now they have Tutorial, Sports, Landscape, etc. I wanted to add a few
more (Logos, Business, etc.) instead of having objects loose in the objects
directory. How do I do this?
2)I know to morph you need an equal amount of points and polygons in each
object. Is there a way around this? For example, what if I wanted to morph
the cow into an apple? Is this possible? The morphing in T2 was 3D and it
seemed that some of the objects couldn't have been the same amount of points
and polys (I realize the T2 effects were done on SGI workstations but I
assume the technology is similar) I might be naive here so please set me
straight. Speaking of morphing, whats a good quality 2D morph program?
(Cinemorph, Morph Plus, Cocoon, etc.)
3) I don't own a Flyer but I anticipate getting one within the next year (as
soon as the bugs are worked out). Should I wait till then or should I get a
PAR card to record animations? What does a typical PAR set up go for and how
much high quality animation can be stored on 1 gig?
4) Can an Sony EVO-9720 be used a single frame recorder? I know the 9650 was
able to and the 9720 is computer controlled. Just wondering.
Thats all for now.
Thanks in advance.
